Kristen has been running for over 10 years. Her first half marathon (13.1 miles) was in 2003 and she has not looked back since. In 2012 she completed 12 half marathons, which brings her half total to 30 races and full marathon (26.2 miles) total to 4 races. Running is her passion. Living in Denver, CO gives her the ability to train at 5280 foot elevation and beyond.
5280 Runners was created to help others "Run with Altitude"! Kristen has worked with runners of all abilities. She can help you run your 5th marathon or get you started from square one. Its one foot in front of the other, and we will do it together.
Training plans are available for the following:
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- half marathons (13.1 miles)
- full marathons (26.2 miles)
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced plans will fit your needs.
